Our Approach

Our approach is to integrate safety into all aspects of our business from initial design stage to scaffold completion with policies and systems in place that will ensure the safety of everyone affected by our works.
Our vision is for all staff to adopt JDC’s positive safety culture to achieve a safe environment for all.
All scaffolding operatives hold CISRS/CSCS cards and are CITB registered.
Our operatives are trained according to current Health and Safety regulations and updated on new procedures to ensure safe working practices are met.
Operatives complete site inductions and work to method statements / risk assessments.
Our operatives are passionate and have real understanding and knowledge of every aspect of the scaffolding business via our frequent updates and training, which is designed to be appropriate to meet the challenges on building projects.

The schemes created by our designers are supported with calculations produced by our long-standing external engineers. All designs produced are in accordance with the latest EU Regulations and British Standards and are CDM compliant.
