We are pleased to have secured the scaffolding package for Mitre Yard, at the gateway to the Old Oak Common Opportunity Area. One of London’s newest neighbourhoods, where 1,600 acres will be transformed, is a regeneration hotspot equalled only by the Royal Docks and Beckton Riverside in the east of the capital.
The regeneration of Old Oak Common and Park Royal to the north-west of the capital will be a major new place for Londoners to live and work, with 25,500 new homes and 65,000 new jobs over four decades.
Mitre Yard will be a new residential development comprising three buildings on a key brownfield site in North West London’s Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area.
The JDC team will be working again with CJ O’Shea to deliver this exciting project. We will be providing access scaffolding to enable installation of the brickwork and clad facades.
The scheme is made up of two buildings ranging from six to twenty two stories high.
